The design concept for Sophos is centered around the language learning process.

When you learn a new language it is never a smooth process. There are faster stages where you advance really quickly, and slower stages where you spend a long time perfecting before you advance.

I plotted the levels of the European Reference Framework (A1 to C2) on a graph to represent a typical language progression. This graph forms the basis of the Sophos branding.
